My Story

 My transformative journey began when I went on a solo trip to Costa Rica nine months before my 40th birthday in 2018. It was an awakening that revealed to me the path I wanted to embark on - creating unique, transformational retreat experiences for women like you and me. My dream took form in 2023 when the conscept for  Empowered Essence Retreats came to awareness, enabling me to translate my skills as an intuitive life coach and healing arts expert into curated retreats that promise a nurturing, rewarding experience.

These retreat experience  serve as a channel for me to connect with you on a personal level, understanding your hopes and dreams and guiding you towards them. I strongly believe in the power of togetherness - when women gather in sacred spaces, there is an inherent magic that encourages us to let down our guards, be open and honest, and recognize that we share more similarities than differences. Like the unbroken continuity of a circle, we foster unity, reminding ourselves and each other that we are stronger when we rise together.
